Pony camp was a great week, what can i say really, it was amazing. It was really good especially with handy pony as i had never done that before and it was a great experience. Also toboganing and tubing was really good and in my opinion better than bowling. I loved looking after Reggie for the week and had the best week because of it :” ) . I learnt alot there aswell, i also learnt that im rubbish at quizes ahaaa , but thats only because i have a really bad memory. Everone at camp was really nice and i made lots of new friends as your guarenteed to do at markfield. If your readig this and you decided not to go on the camps this year because you didnt want to then i think that you should deffinatly choose to go next year as it is a great thing to do in the summer and a way to make new friends, its also a great experience and a taster of what it would be like to have your own horse, including getting up early! Thanks to paul and all the helpers you really made it a week i will never forget.

I really enjoyed camp and thought it was a lot better than last year.
I’d like to say thank you to Paul for organising and for letting me jump Thomas as I know there were a few moments where everyone thought he would stop or spook and me come off but somehow i managed camp without falling off once.
I made loads of new friends and we all enjoyed ourselves loads.
    Thanks Paul.

    I’m another ‘Happy Camper’! =]
Camp was amazing and I had a great experience. My first ever camp and I won’t forget it; it was truly one-of-a-kind. My amazing horse for a week Asterix was great and together we had some very hairy moments. However, we had a double-clear in the show jumping which was a huge highlight for me. Also in the week, I had a pretty impressive sideways slip/fall with a balanced landing on my feet; avoided the floor this time! The games and handy pony were great and riding the good old Dusty Bin was fun - he sure got psyched up!
Evenings were very fun especially tobogganing and the human show-jumping. =P
Another good camp memory was winning the quiz (joint with Jess. =]) My brain decided to function luckily on that one day.
Everyone at camp was super-duper and made camp extra special. Our Strawberry-Roan tent was the best and apparently the tidiest, thought I’ll never forget the shocked faces when we were announced as “Tidiest Tent”. How did we win that one!?
Anyone considering Camp 2010 should definitely go! You’ll regret it if you don’t. =] You learn so much and realise how much hard work goes into a single horse let alone a full yard of horses.
Though of course, we all know it couldn’t run without the helpers, staff and of course, Paul! Thanks for making it an action packed, totally incredible week that I’ll never forget.
    Thanks to everyone!

Pony camp was a great week, i really enjoyed it was truly amazing. My horse for the week was masie, she was especially good, at first i wasn’t sure about riding her as i didn’t put her down, but actually i’m glad i got her and i love riding her now. It was really good especially the handy pony as i had never done it before it was a great experiance, and i also have a roset in 2nd place which i’m really chuffed about and i loved every miniute of it. Showjumping went really well i was worried i’d forget the course, but i didn’t and i came 4th place. Tobogoning was a lot better than going bowling and i’m glad we had the opportunaty to go.
I loved looking after masie for the whole week, i learnt a lot of new things. I made alot of new friends there, especially all of the girls in the tent i was in The DAPPLED GREY TENT, I never realised how much work went on at the yard, but i loved every minuite helping out!

I would like to say thank - you to paul for making the week a great experiance.. and lucy and all the other girls for helping out and of coarse all of the girls that kept us up talking in the night
    Thanks to everyone especially masie..
